- Summary of the number of New Croft Applications and their status
(approved or turned down)
- Copy of the Applications and supporting information
- Copy of any comments and/or objections received
- Copy of any related 3rd Party reports (eg. Scottish Government
Agriculture and Rural Economy)
- Copy of Crofting Commission decision report showing the basis and
recommendation for approval or otherwise.
Response
Under Regulation 10(4)(b) of EIR the request was refused because it was manifestly unreasonable (on grounds of cost).
