Information requested

Request pertaining to:
1. The number of whistleblowers who have come forward to the agency
in each financial year since 2019/20, to date.
2. The number of whistleblowers who have left the employment of the
agency since raising their concerns, the reasons for their departure
and whether they were subject to a confidentiality clause in any
severance agreement.
