Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Information requested

Request for information pertaining to mapping and boundaries information submitted with First Registration case 136135. In addition why the requester was not notified by the Commission regarding the application.

Response

Under Regulation 13 of EIR some information was provided, but other information was withheld or was not held by the authority (partial). This is due to an exception under (Regulation 11 – Personal Data).
