Information requested

Request for all communication between the Commission, Highland Council and existing owners regarding the re-granting of planning permission by Highland Council for an additional house on croft 113 Achiltibuie. Also what stage the decrofting is in the decrofting process.

Response

The decrofting application in question has been completed and the Direction took effect in November 2011. A copy of the information requested was issued with the exemption of personal information which falls under Section 38(1)(b)of the Act which was redacted.
