Information regarding the following: 1) Amount of staff currently working for home. 2) Reason why staff are working from home. 3) What data you are using to ensure the working from home efficiency levels are the same or better than previous office-based working. 4) Means you are using to monitor and account for staff efficiency who are working from home.
