Request for the following information relating to WHHA’s decrofting application at Port Mor, Isle of Colonsay:
- the date the WHHA decrofting application was submitted, and the date it was
approved through the mapping team
- the timescale stated for any submissions of support or objection
- the date the objection was received from Morag Grant, and the content of this
submission
- the dates of the Tier 1 & Tier 2 meetings that considered the application, with their
minutes, resulting reports and the names of all present
- correspondence sent from any Commissioners to Rhona Robinson, Morag Grant,
Kevin Byrne or Sophie Furze
- the standard timescales the Crofting Commission has for decrofting applications, and
any deviations from this as currently communicated and reasoned
- the policy for the consideration of late submissions of objection
- the content of all submissions of objection, dated and named
